The first step is to create your own LTD.
This is a trade company with financial capital and property of one or more owners/proprietors.When you buy property in Bulgaria you buy the land as well.That`s why you have to create your own LTD.

Next step is to open a bank account of your company and bring in it 5 000 lv. for the establishment of the company capital and after the court registration has gone out (usually it takes a couple of days) you can withdraw your money from the account.
After you had registered your Bulgarian company you can use it in future for a different type of activities or other estate purchases in Bulgaria.
These two steps are not necessary if you buy Apartment or if you already have LTD in your country.

If you want to save time and avoid difficulties you have the opportunity to authorize us/empower us to do the whole procedures in buyout and legalization of your property in Bulgaria.
